Open session:
Several people brought up concerns about #9 and his property. Among those concerns were fire hazards he brings in, rats, and environmental/health hazards. And reports of him sneaking around the community in a dark trenchcoat. The board will reach out to the lawyer to see if anything else can be done about the situation. Karyl did report that the lawyer has filed a complaint with the court for damages.
Multiple people brought up concerns about #50’s wood. The board expressed that this issue was resolved as long as more wood doesn’t come in. No action will be taken at this time.
(19) Cheryl wants to have a special meeting to vote to create a rule in our bylaws to prevent gun owners from carrying on board property despite it being legal statewide. How this rule would be enforced is unclear at this time.
The meeting concluded at 7:20 pm
