INFRASTRUCTURE REPORT:

Presented by Paul Gustin

On June 19, Mike Sievert, Gary Spaulding, Paul and Fabian inspected all the manholes for leakage or other issues.  We noticed some partial blockage in the manhole in front of Unit #35.  On July 28, Mike contacted Sturgeon Creek to schedule the flush and clean process.  On July 25, Sturgeon Creek Technicians inspected pump station D, pump Z.  They cycled the system and determined the leak to be a drain back hole plus a weep hole.  Nothing out of the ordinary.

On August 5th, Paul was informed that there was a water leak under Unit #29.  The Unit Owner’s son-In-law heard a hissing noise under the home and determined that there was a cracked fitting. The son-In-law replaced a nylon fitting.

OLD BUSINESS:

On June 24th we had our Bunker Lane cook-out.  It was a success, with 18 residents attending.

NEW BUSINESS:

On August 23rd, one of our sewage system contractors (AOS) will be on-site at 9:00 am to perform their annual inspection.

On August 10th, Fabian, Paul, and Mike Sievert from MJS Engineering, met to review a leach field issue.  As a result, Mike Sievert is arranging for Brian Couldstring of Rochester to schedule an excavation.  Mike will try to arrange this to occur on August 23rd, when Gary Spaulding from AOS will be here.  Gary Spaulding will perform air system requirements at that time.  In addition, we are trying to get Gary to install a solar powered fan at Pump Station A, on the same day, if possible.

Mike Sievert turned off Pump Y at Pump Station D to allow the leach field to dry prior to the excavation process.

Fabian will contact John Crooks regarding the frequency of leach field mowing.

On September 7th, Sturgeon Creek and Bodwell Pumping Service will be here for the annual pump inspection service, as required by our new service contract.

Meeting was adjourned at 7:50pm
