The regular meeting of Bunker Lane Condominium Association was held on June 5, 2018 at 6:03 P.M, at the BLCA Meeting House, with President Fabian J. Lahue presiding and Secretary Kathy Boyd, Treasurer Ken Gray and Infrastructure Alan Cade present. Also present were Association members: Leona Thompson, Edward Sowell, Jonathan Flannery and Jonathan Flannery 2nd.
The minutes of the May 1, 2018 meeting were approved with no corrections.
The Treasurer’s Report was received and placed on file as follows:
All income for May 2018 was $14,640.00. Net income was $3,368.57. Total Expenses were $11,271.57. Our total Checking/Savings, Emergency Fund and Capital Improvement Fund is $73,066.73.
The Board discussed the need for Unit owners to clean up their property and the steps that are being taken to accomplish this.
The Board discussed a Unit owner’s complaint regarding drainage of storm water on their property.
Action Item: The Board will send a letter to the Unit owner to address the concerns.
