The regular meeting of Bunker Lane Condominium Association was held on July 17, 2018 at 6:00 P.M, at the BLCA Meeting House, with President Fabian J. Lahue presiding and Secretary Kathy Boyd, Treasurer Ken Gray and Infrastructure Alan Cade present. Also present was Association member: Ardith Cade.
The minutes of the June 5, 2018 meeting were approved with no corrections.
The Treasurer’s Report was received and placed on file as follows:
All income for June 2018 was $9,230.00. Net income was $-122.91. Total Expenses were $9,352.91. Our total Checking/Savings, Emergency Fund and Capital Improvement Fund is $73,544.03.
The Board discussed the need to update the BLCA Rules & Regulations. We have decided to post a notice regarding formation of a Rules & Regulations committee.
Action Item: The Secretary will post a notice regarding the Rules & Regulations committee.
