The regular meeting of Bunker Lane Condominium Association was held on August 7, 2018 at 6:00 P.M, at the BLCA Meeting House, with President Fabian J. Lahue presiding and Secretary Kathy Boyd, Treasurer Ken Gray and Infrastructure Alan Cade present. Also present was Association member: Jonathan Flannery II.
The minutes of the July 17, 2018 meeting were approved with no corrections.
The Treasurer’s Report was received, approved and placed on file as follows: All income for July 2018 was $10,740.00. Net income was $-10,546.39. Total Expenses were $21,286.39. Our total Checking/Savings, Emergency Fund and Capital Improvement Fund is $76,597.64. Ken noted that $13,000 was transferred from checking to the emergency fund account, so actual expenses for the month were $8,286.39, with an actual net income of $2,453.61.
We are seeking nominations for anyone to fill the position of Vice President on the Board of Directors.
