The regular meeting of Bunker Lane Condominium Association was held at 6:00 P.M, at the BLCA Meeting House, with President Fabian J. Lahue presiding and Secretary Kathy Boyd, Treasurer Ken Gray and Infrastructure Alan Cade present. Also, present was Association members: Paul Gustin, Amanda Ouellette, son Owen and friend.
The minutes for October 2, 2018 were approved with no changes.
The Treasurer’s Report was received and placed on file as follows:
Total income for October 2018 was $9,630.00. Net income was $502.71. Total Expenses were $9,127.29. Our total checking/Savings, Emergency Fund and Capital Improvement Fund is $77,031.62.
Motion to approve was made by Kathy and seconded by Allen, and approved by all.
The revised handbook was distributed along with the end of year proposed budget information. Please read the Rules and Regulations and be aware that the Board of Directors intends to levy fines for any infractions starting January 1st, 2019. Such fines will be added to the unit owner’s monthly condominium fee.
A water line fitting had to be replaced between Units 33 and 34.
The annual meeting will be held December 04, 2018 @ 6:00 pm. Nominations for the offices of President, Vice President and Secretary should be submitted by November 24.
