The regular meeting of Bunker Lane Condominium Association was held at 6:09 P.M, at the BLCA Meeting House, with President Fabian J. Lahue presiding and Secretary Kathy Boyd, Treasurer Ken Gray and Infrastructure Alan Cade present. Also, present were Association members: Cecelia Cinfo, Karyl Horn, Rebecca Fessenden, Kevin Fessenden, April Hartford, Ed Priestley, Tammy McKenna and Amanda Ouellette with son Owen.
The minutes for November 6, 2018 were approved with no changes.
The Treasurer’s Report was received and placed on file as follows:
Total income for November 2018 was $10,330.00. Net income was $2302.50. Total Expenses were $8,027.50. Our total Checking/Savings, Emergency Fund and Capital Improvement Fund is $79,934.12.
Action Item: Fabian, President, will meet with the Madbury Town Manager to discuss possible Infrastructure changes that may affect the Wetlands.
Action Item: The Board of Directors will determine possible actions as a result of new complaints regarding a resident.
