OLD BUSINESS ACTION ITEM RESULTS

 Action Item #1:

Fabian met with Eric Fiegenbaum, Madbury Town Administrator, to discuss possible infrastructure plans that might impact the Wet Lands.  It was determined that the area under consideration would have no such impact.  After this meeting, Paul and Fabian met with Mike Sievert, PE, from MKS Engineering, PC.  Mike will prepare some plans and estimates for possible work in the Spring.

Action Item #2:

The Board was given a list of grievances that one of our residents has regarding another resident.  The information was reviewed and sent to our attorney, Jonathan Springer, Springer Law Office, PLLC for review.  His determination was that this is a legal and criminal situation and must be handled by the police and or court action resulting in restraining orders.  Because no Condominium Rules are involved, the lawyer advised the Board of Directors to not get involved.

There was no new business presented for discussion.

The meeting adjourned at 6:15 P.M.

Kathy Boyd, Secretary
