The regular meeting of Bunker Lane Condominium Association was held at 5:58 P.M, at the BLCA Meeting House, with President Fabian J. Lahue presiding, and Secretary Kathy Boyd, and Treasurer Ken Gray present. Also present was Association member Amanda Ouellette with son Owen.
Absent: Alan Cade, Infrastructure Board Member.
The Minutes for the Month of February were not read, as there was no February Board Meeting.
The Treasurer’s Report was received and placed on file as follows:
Total income for February 2019, $10,460.00. Total Expenses were $10,155.61. Net income was $304.39. Our total Checking/Savings, Emergency Fund and Capital Improvement Fund is $79,279.55.

Action Item #1:
Kathy will get paving estimates, in order to repair the potholes in our roads.
Action Item #2:
Kathy will contact Urban Tree for poison ivy spraying within the park.
Action Item #3:
Ken will contact ROC to determine the pay-off on our outstanding Septic System Loan.
