The regular meeting of Bunker Lane Condominium Association convened at 5:58 P.M, at the BLCA Meeting House. Board Members President Fabian J. Lahue, Alan Cade, Infrastructure, Secretary Kathy Boyd and Treasurer Ken Gray were present. Also present were Association members Ardith Cade, Amanda Ouellette with son Owen, and friend Robin.
The minutes for the March meeting were approved by the President with no changes.
The Treasurer’s Report was received and placed on file as follows:
Total income for March 2019, $14,340.00. Total expenses were $15,899.26. Net income was $1559.26. The total of Checking/Savings, Emergency Fund and Capital Improvement Fund is $86,320.29.
OLD BUSINESS
The Board received and reviewed a proposal from RCH Paving Company to repair the roads throughout the Condominium. Alan Cade made a motion to approve the proposal, seconded by Kathy and approved by all.
NEW BUSINESS
Contact John Davis to schedule collection of items to be put out by residents for Spring cleanup.
