The regular meeting of Bunker Lane Condominium Association was held at 6:00 P.M, at the BLCA Meeting House, with President Fabian J. Lahue presiding, Alan Cade, Director of Infrastructure, Secretary Kathy Boyd, and Treasurer Ken Gray present. Also present were Association members Ardith Cade, Cecelia Cimfo, and Diane and Edward Sowell.
The minutes for the month of April were approved by the President with no changes.
The Treasurer’s Report was given by Ken Gray, motion to approve by Alan Cade and seconded by Kathy Boyd, Report was placed on file as follows:
Total income for April 2019 was $39,280.00. Total Expenses were $41,278.07. Net income was $-1998.07. Our total Checking/Savings, Emergency Fund and Capital Improvement Fund is $54,922.22. Ken noted that $30,000 of the income was transferred into checking from the Emergency Fund to cover the costs for paving.
OLD BUSINESS
1. The Spring 2019 clean-up was conducted on May 1st. Many of our residents responded. John Davis and his crew picked up a ton of trash.
2. RCH Paving did a great job paving our roads in the Community. There is, however, one area on Row 3 remaining to be completed. This location requires a new drainage pipe to be installed by John Crooks. When completed, Kathy will notify RCH to return to finish paving that location.
3. Sturgeon Creek will be here this month to clean out Pump Station, B-8.
Action Item #1:
Alan will coordinate with John Crooks regarding the drainage pipe issue on Row 3. At completion RCH will return to pave that area.
Action Item #2:
Unusually low water pressure was reported by Brian Murphy Unit #17. Alan will investigate, along with Brian to determine if there is a water leak.
