The regular meeting of Bunker Lane Condominium Association was held at 6:01 P.M, at the BLCA Meeting House, with President Fabian J. Lahue presiding, Alan Cade, Director of Infrastructure, Secretary Kathy Boyd, and Treasurer Ken Gray present. Also present were Association members Amanda Ouellette & son Owen, and Leona Thompson.
The minutes for the month of May were approved by the President with no changes.
The Treasurer’s Report was given by Ken Gray, motion to approve by Amanda Ouellette and seconded by Kathy Boyd, Report was placed on file as follows:
Total income for May 2019 was $12,375.00.Total Expenses were $15,057.07. Net income was $-2682.07. Our total Checking/Savings, Emergency Fund and Capital Improvement Fund is $52,840.15.
OLD BUSINESS
Fabian met with John Crooks to discuss the drainage pipe issue on Row 3 where the paving has not been done. He plans to put a drainage pipe diagonally across the road and into the wet area. This action remains to be completed.
John Crooks located the water line break that was causing low pressure at Unit #17. It was in the line leading to Unit #16. It was repaired. Both Alan and John worked together to repair the line during the rain storm.
Action Item #1:
Alan will coordinate with John Crooks to determine the best way to solve the drainage issue on Row 3. Once this issue is resolved, RCH Paving will return to finish paving that area.
