The regular meeting of Bunker Lane Condominium Association was held at 6:00 P.M, at the BLCA Meeting House, with President Fabian J. Lahue presiding, Director of Infrastructure Alan Cade, Secretary Kathy Boyd, and Treasurer Ken Gray present. Also present were Association members Amanda Ouellette and son Owen, Ed and Diane Sowell, Lisa and Kevin Fessenden, and Ardith Cade.
The minutes for the month of June were approved by the President with no changes.
The Treasurer’s Report was given by Ken Gray, motion to approve by Kevin and seconded by Lisa, and report was placed on file as follows:
Total income for June 2019 was $10,550.00. Total Expenses were $7,361.95. Net income was $3,188.05. Our total Checking/Savings, Emergency Fund and Capital Improvement Fund is $58,540.71.
Lisa Fessenden inquired about the use of bleach and substitute bleach products in dishwashers, toilets, etc. , and its effect on our sewer system.
Action Item:
We are reminding all Residents to avoid using straight liquid bleach. The best practice is to use products that are labeled “Safe for Septic Systems”.
