The regular meeting of Bunker Lane Condominium Association was held at 6:05 P.M, at the BLCA Meeting House, with President Fabian J. Lahue presiding, Secretary Kathy Boyd, and Treasurer Ken Gray present. Also present were Association members Amanda Ouellette and son Owen, Leona Thompson, Lisa and Kevin Fessenden, and Tom Roberts.
Absent was Infrastructure Director Alan Cade.
The minutes for the month of July were approved by the President with no changes.
The Treasurer’s Report was given by Ken Gray, motion to approve by Kevin and seconded by Kathy, and report was placed on file as follows:
Total income for July 2019 was $10,850.00.Total expenses were $6,336.01. Net income was
$4,513.99. Our total Checking/Savings, Emergency Fund and Capital Improvement Fund is $61,742.19.
Several Resident’s registered complaints regarding dog’s running free. Remember we follow the Madbury Leash Law. Your dog must be leashed and not allowed to run in your neighbor’s yard. Too many complaints will result in the removal of your dog from the Community.
