The regular meeting of Bunker Lane Condominium Association was held at 6:05 P.M, at the BLCA Meeting House, with President Fabian J. Lahue presiding, Secretary Kathy Boyd, Treasurer Ken Gray and Alan Cade, Infrastructure, present. Also present were Association members Amanda Ouellette, her son Owen, and Robin, Lisa and Kevin Fessenden, Tom Roberts, Cindy Tilton and Ardith Cade.
Thank you to the BLCA residents who attended the monthly meeting.
The minutes for the month of August were approved by the President with no changes.
The Treasurer’s Report was given by Ken Gray, motion to approve was made by Lisa and seconded by Alan. The report was placed on file as follows:
Total income for August 2019 was $8,665.00. Total Expenses were $18,154.29. Net income was
$-9,489.29. Our total Checking/Savings, Emergency Fund and Capital Improvement Fund is $63,852.90.
Action item #1:
Ken Gray will start preparing the new 2020 budget for next month’s Board Meeting. Help is needed. If you are willing to volunteer for the Budget Committee, please leave a message for Ken at the Condo mail box.
Action item #2:
The
drainage project on row 3 has been completed.
We are waiting for the paving company to schedule to complete their
work.
A lengthy discussion ensued during this month’s Board meeting regarding easements and enroachments put into place when the condominium was created. The Declaration explains when such easements and enroachments are applicable to structures on affected properties and when they cease to exist.
