The regular meeting of Bunker Lane Condominium Association was held at 6:00 P.M, at the BLCA Meeting House, with President Fabian J. Lahue presiding, Secretary Kathy Boyd, Treasurer Ken Gray and Alan Cade, Infrastructure, present. Also present were Association members Tom Roberts, Cindy Tilton and Marcia Bjork, Ardith Cade and Karyl Horn.
Thank you to the BLCA residents who attended the monthly meeting.
The minutes for the month of September were approved by the President with no changes.
The Treasurer’s Report was given by Ken Gray, motion to approve was made by Cindy and seconded by Karyl. The report was placed on file as follows:
Total income for August 2019 was $10,250.00. Total Expenses were $5,752.09. Net income was
$4,497.91. Our total Checking/Savings, Emergency Fund and Capital Improvement Fund is $69,328.79.
Action item #1:
In the event that future water line breaks occur, the Board will post an ALERT at the mailbox. This will inform the Residents of an impending water shut-off.
Action item #2:
The unit owner’s that were present at this meeting, expressed concerns about the condition of various neighbor’s properties. These property conditions can affect the value of every resident’s home. Our primary concern is those areas around your home that are readily visible. We will provide, at the mailbox, property condition forms for you to use.
