The regular meeting of Bunker Lane Condominium Association was held at 6:00 P.M, at the BLCA Meeting House, with President Fabian J. Lahue presiding, Secretary Kathy Boyd, Treasurer Ken Gray and Alan Cade, Infrastructure, present. Also present were Association members Tom Roberts, Cindy Tilton, Amanda Ouellette and Owen (Joslyn), and Ardith Cade.
Thank you to the BLCA residents who attended the monthly meeting.
The minutes for the October meeting were approved by the President with no changes.
The Treasurer’s Report was given by Ken Gray, motion to approve was made by Amanda and seconded by Alan. The report was placed on file as follows:
Total income for October 2019 was $11,350.00 Total Expenses were $21,786.45. Net income was $-10,436.45. Our total Checking/Savings, Emergency Fund and Capital Improvement Fund is $59,114.36.
Action item #1:
Cindy Tilton offered to fill the vacant position of Vice President on the Board. In accordance with Article III, Paragraph 7, the Board voted unanimously to appoint Cindy to the vacant position of Vice President until the current term expires.
We all welcome Cindy to the Board of Directors for BLCA.
