The regular meeting of Bunker Lane Condominium Association was held at 6:08 P.M, at the BLCA Meeting House, with President Fabian J. Lahue presiding, Secretary Kathy Boyd, Treasurer Ken Gray, and Vice-President Cindy Tilton present. Also present were Association members Tom Roberts, Cecelia Cinfo, Ardith Cade, Lisa and Kevin Fessenden. Absent, Alan Cade, Infrastructure.
Thank you to the BLCA residents who attended the monthly meeting.
The minutes for the month of November were approved by the President with no changes.
The Treasurer’s Report was given by Ken Gray, motion to approve was made by Tom and seconded by Kevin. The report was placed on file as follows:
Total income for November 2019 was $11,250.00 Total Expenses were $11,520.19. Net income was $-270.19 Our total Checking/Savings, Emergency Fund and Capital Improvement Fund is $59,444.17.
No action items resulted from the meeting.
