Treasurer’s Report:
Total Income for May was $13,793.00. Total expenses were $11,548.10. Our total Checking/Savings, Emergency Fund and Capital Improvement Fund is $ 86,328.56.
Infrastructure Report:
There’s an issue with the septic at Unit 7. There’s a breaker that keeps tripping. Cindy is going to call Sturgeon Creek and AOS for assistance. She will inform John of her results. We are still waiting for the trees to be cut by the town. When Sturgeon Creek came, they looked at wet spot in common area and found nothing. Unit 37 called John about a wet spot on her land. John will keep an eye on it. Our water usage is very high. We are trying to make sure there are no leaks. The mailboxes need to be secured. John and Bruce are working on it.
Old Business:
We are going to send out an email asking if there is any interest in zoom meetings. We talked about the possibility of going to quarterly meetings instead of monthly meetings. Karyl was concerned about fewer meetings causing issues with our Rules and By-Laws.There was discussion concerning possible special assessments due to our septic and water issues. We areworking hard to make sure that this will not happen. We have notified a Unit Owner that his dog needs to be on a leash. If it happens again then we will take action. If there’s a problem address the Board by email. Pleases do not call unless it’s an emergency.
New Business:
There’s an issue between two Unit Owners and it was decided that it’s not a Board issue. A Unit Owner asked to be able to put up a shed. We asked that they send a print to the Board via email.
Meeting adjourned at 7:06
