To all Unit Owners:
We met with the Lawyer at The Meeting House on October 14th concerning our Declaration. He explained some of the changes that he is recommending. Some Condo Laws changed in 2016 and we need to upgrade our documents so that they have the proper legal language to ensure that the Association is covered in all areas. Legally, with our insurance coverage, and for all other matters that concern all of us.
We had 4 board members and 6 Unit Owners present out of 51 Units. I’m posting this in hopes of more participation. The next meeting will be concerning our By-Laws – the rules and regulations that we live by in this community!!
Come join us at the next meeting on October 26th at 5:30 and meet our Lawyer, Mr. Ducharme. Come and ask your questions, voice your concerns, or just listen to some of the changes taking place so that you are informed.
