The regular meeting of Bunker Lane Condominium Association was held at 6:00 P.M, at the BLCA Meeting House, with President Fabian J. Lahue presiding, Alan Cade, Director of \u00a0Infrastructure, Secretary Kathy Boyd, and Treasurer Ken Gray present. Also present were Association members Ardith Cade, \u00a0Cecelia Cimfo, and Diane and Edward Sowell.<\/p>\n
The minutes for the month of April were approved by the President with no changes.<\/p>\n
The Treasurer\u2019s Report was given by Ken Gray, motion to approve by Alan Cade and seconded by Kathy Boyd, Report was placed on file as follows:<\/p>\n
Total income for April 2019 was $39,280.00. Total Expenses were $41,278.07. Net income was $-1998.07.\u00a0\u00a0 Our total Checking\/Savings, Emergency Fund and Capital Improvement Fund is $54,922.22. Ken noted that $30,000 of the income was transferred into checking from the Emergency Fund to cover the costs for paving.<\/p>\n
\u00a0<\/u>OLD \u00a0BUSINESS<\/p>\n
<\/u>1.\u00a0 The Spring 2019 clean-up was conducted on May 1st.\u00a0 Many of our\u00a0 residents responded. \u00a0\u00a0John Davis and his crew picked up a ton of trash.<\/p>\n
2.\u00a0\u00a0RCH Paving did a great job paving our roads in the Community. There is,\u00a0 however, one area on Row 3 remaining to be completed.\u00a0 This location requires a new drainage pipe to be installed by John Crooks.\u00a0 When completed, Kathy will notify RCH to return to finish paving that location.<\/p>\n
3.\u00a0 Sturgeon Creek will be here this month to clean out Pump Station, B-8.<\/p>\n
